We decided to sell our home and first asked Robin but we did not know how the market would play in our favor. So I asked other realtors including some that would guarantee the sale of our home. Many would say the comps were too low and to sell it higher than that would stay on the market for months. All but her would listen to our requests for the list price. Robin and we agreed to set the asking price and the house sold as listed. I am sure the other realtors are in disbelief. Her hard work and professionalism helped with continued friendship of the new owners as well as allowing time for me to move into the new construction home that I purchased. Where do I start!? My husband and I just purchased a home in the French Valley area. Robin made it easier than buying a car! She found several great listings for us to see our first day out and 32 days later we closed escrow on our dream home!
